At Silvertree by Okie, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that is why no custom order will be created until you provide your full support for the item made special for you. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy with the following guidelines:

📦 General Returns

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🎨 Special Order Custom Items

• Custom Orders: Items that are specially ordered or customized are eligible for return; however, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the refund.

• Conditions for Return: Custom items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in their original condition. Please note that any alterations made to the custom item will void the return eligibility.
